Ryan from the Gravity Collective was recommended to me by the staff at the gym. After my first free session with another trainer, I was looking to further develop my understanding of weight training and become comfortable working with free weights (which I once found intimidating.) The staff quickly decided Ryan would best help me get the education and results I wanted. Boy were they right. Combined with Ryan’s comprehensive knowledge of exercise, muscle mechanics and diet/lifestyle requisites, I am not only comfortable working out alone – I feel like I have a solid foundation from which I can build for the rest of my training efforts.
