Whether it’s movement, breath training/work, food relationship reprogramming, habit development, contrast therapy, innerwork; the drive outside of the norm creates an exposure to a realm of discomfort that makes your current state a steady security.
As long as it’s controlled, thought out, individualized and not the extreme health, diet, or fitness garbage we see on the regular.
Over the past 20 years, I have developed programs that have helped a lot of folks (myself included) control anxiety, regulate their nervous system on demand, breathe more efficiently, lose weight, move better and heal injuries they had lost hope on healing.
Understand, none of these things are gimmicky, extreme or ground breaking. Just a lot of trial and error with education pieced together so you can get there faster.
